HIGHER TREWHIDDLE

Higher Trewhiddle is situated on the south-western side of St Austell, Cornwall. The site is well-positioned within ½ mile from the town centre, and well-connected to nearby Bodmin (10 miles) and Truro (15 miles) which provide a strong source of employment and leisure opportunities. Our aim was to create contemporary homes that are accessible to everyone, attracting a mixed community of first time buyers and families of all ages.
Our housing scheme
This £120,000,0000 scheme will provide 460 new homes, plus, a playing field, allotments, community orchard, playground, and publicly accessible footpaths and walkway trails.
