Mulgrove Farm Village is situated in the highly sought-after area of Harry Stoke. A well as being just a short walk from Parkway train station, this location has excellent road links to both the M4 and M5. Our aim was to create contemporary homes that are accessible to everyone, attracting a mixed community of first time buyers and families of all ages.

Our housing scheme

This £57,000,000 scheme will provide 150 homes with a mix of 2 bedroom apartments and 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses. We’ve now completed 23.3% of the development and plan to complete the whole scheme by the end of 2025.
